Notary

Spanish-speaking notary public in Phoenix and by video call

Didi is a notary public who works in English and Spanish. We notarize your letter, declaration, travel consent for a minor or general power of attorney in Phoenix, or by video call if you're elsewhere in the U.S.

What do we notarize?

We notarize your signature on letters, declarations and powers of attorney. For example:

  • Letters and declarations
  • Travel consent letters for minors
  • Proof-of-income letters
  • General powers of attorney for minors
  • General powers of attorney over property

Don’t see your document? Ask us on WhatsApp.

A notarization means Didi confirms your identity and that you signed in front of her, or that you swore the document is true, if it’s a sworn statement. It doesn’t review or approve what the document says. The content is yours to decide.

How does notarization by video call work?

If you can’t come to Phoenix, Didi can notarize your document by video call from anywhere in the U.S. Before the appointment we tell you what to have ready: your ID, the document, and a phone or computer with a camera.

Arizona remote online notarization authorization: [TO CONFIRM]

If your document will be used outside the U.S., first ask whoever will receive it whether they accept a remote notarization or require an apostille. For Arizona documents, we can handle the apostille request with the Arizona Secretary of State, which issues it.

What should you bring?

Bring your ID and your document ready to sign, but not signed:

  • A current, government-issued photo ID.
  • The complete document, unsigned.
  • Everyone who needs to sign, each with their own ID.

Not sure your ID will work? Send us a photo of it on WhatsApp before the appointment and we’ll confirm.

Mistakes we help you avoid

  • Signing before the appointment. Wait and sign in front of Didi.
  • Bringing an expired ID. Check the date before you come.
  • Leaving blanks. The document gets completed before it’s notarized.
  • A name that doesn’t match. The name on the document has to be the same as the one on your ID.
  • Signing something in English you don’t fully understand. If you’d like to read it in Spanish first, we can translate it.

Arizona notary notice

Didi is a notary public, not an attorney. Arizona law (A.R.S. § 41-273) requires this notice in every language we use:

I am not an attorney licensed to practice law in this state. I am not allowed to draft legal records, give advice on legal matters, including immigration, or charge a fee for those activities.

No soy abogada con licencia para ejercer la abogacía en este estado. No estoy autorizada para redactar documentos legales, dar asesoría sobre asuntos legales, incluyendo inmigración, ni cobrar por esas actividades.

Why Puente Grande?

Because some families have notarized with us for years. Kareli has had her letters notarized with Didi for several years, Andrea notarized a power of attorney for a minor with us, and Raquel R. has come to us for about six years for notarizations, court forms and translations. Read what they say on our testimonials page.

We work in English and Spanish, you book on WhatsApp, and if a document needs translating, we handle that in the same place with our certified translations.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a notarization cost?

Notary fee: [TO CONFIRM]. Message us on WhatsApp with the type of document and the number of signers, and we'll tell you the total before your appointment.

Can you notarize by video call if I live in another state?

Yes. We offer remote notarization by video call for clients anywhere in the U.S. Before you book, check that the office or person receiving your document accepts a remote notarization.

What ID do I need?

A current, government-issued photo ID. If you're not sure yours will work, send us a photo of it on WhatsApp before the appointment and we'll confirm.

Can you write the letter or power of attorney for me?

No. As a notary public, Didi can't draft legal records or advise you on what a document should say. Bring your document already written and unsigned, and we notarize your signature. If it's in English and you'd like to read it in Spanish before signing, we can translate it.
